The services are provided from its user interface www.sumittravels.com and the same can also be made available through its sales office / head office and/or franchisee office.

USER OBLIGATIONS:

By availing services through www.sumittravels.com the user accepts the terms and conditions including but not limited to Price details, Rules, Penalties, Refunds documentation required against the transaction made on Sumit Travels. All services rendered are different from each other, hence specific rules of each transaction will apply. In case of any conflict, the present terms and conditions will prevail. Sumit Travels reserves the right to use the email Id / mobile number or any other personal information supplied by the user to send the itinerary details and or send special promotions from time to time.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

By booking any transaction through payment gateway options, you irrevocably authorize and allow the Agency and its employees /agents like banks and representatives designated by them to retrieve, use, store your relevant information/data at all times. For any transaction made through debit/credit card/net banking/Wallet payment online, the entire responsibility of the same shall always rest upon you and the Agency will have no answerability/liability /responsibility for any type of misuse/excess payment /wrong payment and false debit etc.

SERVICE CHARGES

Sumit Travels reserves the right to add a service fee to the published fare on the website and once confirmed it will be the responsibility of the USER to pay all charges, fees, taxes arising out of each transaction. All commercial terms and conditions are subject to change solely at the discretion of Sumit Travels without any notice. The user understands and confirms that this stipulation is fair considering the unique circumstances of travel trade.

Limitation of Liability:

• Sumit Travels makes no warranty that this site will meet your requirements, the service or this site will be uninterrupted, the results that may be obtained from the use of this site will be accurate or reliable, any information or other material obtained by you through this site will meet your expectations, and any errors in this site will be corrected.

By intimating Sumit Travels, the USER can cancel the booking at least 48 hours prior to departure. However, all cancellations shall be subject to refund policy of the Agency as applicable from time to time. In addition to it Sumit Travels imposes a service fee which shall be deducted from the refundable amount.

It is the responsibility of the user is advised to enquire about the refund’s refund policy at the time of booking.

Booking and Visa Issuance:

• Please refrain from booking your ticket until the visa is issued.
• Corrections for misprints in visas may take approximately 4 to 5 working days.

Urgent Travel:

• If there is any urgent travel within a week, kindly mention it in your email/remarks.

Visa Details Verification:

• Verify all Visa details promptly, as changes or errors reported after 1 hour will not be corrected.

Medical Insurance:

• Sumit Travels does not provide medical insurance on any visas. In case of hospitalization, the entire amount will be borne by the passenger or their family if medical insurance is not availed.

Absconding on Visa:

• Any absconding on our visa will incur penalties. The fine, as per the norms of the respective country, will be paid by the visa holder.

Visa Facilitation:

• We act as a Visa facilitator and do not influence visa delays or immigration issues. Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the country’s government. We are not responsible if a visa is refused or rejected for any reason.

Fees and Charges:

• Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• By completing and submitting the form, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment Information:

• Visa fees are NET & Non-Commissionable.
• Once applied, all visa fees are non-refundable.
